The Avantgarde system is designed to solve, in a simple and effective way, most of horizontal and vertical misalignment problems on the construction site. It’s accepted and physiological that the existing buildings have volumetric tolerances in the order of +/- 2cm. The Avantgarde system is able to absorb these tolerances, on all three axes, quickly and safely.
Phase
1Av_TT bracket. The fixing point is detected on the wall, on which are then drilled holes that must accommodate the dowels (mechanical ones used on concrete or chemical ones used on bricks or alveolar elements). Through the slots in the wall, the AV_TT bracket can be adjusted up to +/- 20 mm until the achievement of a correct position. Once you place the AV_TT bracket in the desired location, the wall plugs are fixed tight.
Phase
2 Metal bracket.
The metal bracket can be inserted in two configurations, depending on the thickness of the provided insulation pack. Through the slots it is possible to regulate the misalignments. After being positioned in the correct position, the metal bracket is fixed with a bolt. Then two self-tapping screws are inserted using the predrilled holes in the AV_TT bracket.
Phase
3Horizontal profile. The correct positioning of the horizontal profile is obtained by insertion of the bolt in the dedicated slot. The horizontal profile is designed to absorb misalignments of +/- 20 mm through punched slots. Once the profile is properly positioned on the metal brackets, it can be tightened.
Phase
4Vertical profile.
The pre-drilling of the horizontal profile allows a fast positioning and fixing of the vertical profile. The two profiles are clamped through self-tapping screws.
Phase
5Anchor key. The vertical profile has spots at constant pitch onto which the polymer composite keys are inserted. The asymmetric shape of the slots is designed not to allow the incorrect insertion of the keys. The tightening is done using a normal screwdriver imparting to the key a 90° clockwise rotation.
